Diversity Champion Award Evaluation Criteria:

Clarity: Clarity and completeness of the award nomination submitted and supporting documentation.

Accountability: Evaluates the overall accountability that this individual has for the diversity initiative for the company or organization.

Level of Influence: Overall level of influence in the company or organization as it relates to the diversity initiative.

Effort: Individual's overall effort to introduce a diversity initiative or evolve the organization’s current understanding and perception of the area of diversity.
